July’s Winner Announced August 5th, 2018!!!

1. Eligibility: This Contest is open only to those who upload a photo to their Facebook or Instagram account with the hashtag #mycottonwoodcove. Contestants must be 14 years of age from the date of entry. The Contest is only open to residents of Canada and the United States. Employees of Cottonwood Cove Resort are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant agrees to the Rules, and meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Cottonwood Cove Resort as final.

3. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted on Facebook and Instagram starting July 1, 2018 6:00AM PST and ending on August 31, 2018 11:59PM PST. All photo entries must be uploaded within July or August’s timeframe to be eligible for that month’s prize. Monthly winners announced the 5th of the following month. Winners will be notified by Facebook or Instagram. Winner’s name and photo will be published on Facebook and Instagram.

4. How to Enter: The contest must be entered by uploading a photo at Cottonwood Cove to your Facebook or Instagram account and include the hashtag #mycottonwoodcove. Photos can include any summer activity or landscape photo at Cottonwood Cove RV Resort.

5. Prizes: The Monthly Winner of the Contest will receive $100 Cottonwood Bucks to be used at Cottonwood’s convenience store, ice cream shop or sport rental shop. Valid until September 2019!

Jul 1 – Jul 31, 2018: $100 Cottonwood Bucks
Aug 1 – Aug 31, 2018: $100 Cottonwood Bucks

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by Judging Panel under the supervision of Cottonwood Cove Resort. Winner will be notified by Instagram or Facebook within five (5) days following selection of Winner. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within one week of being announced, the prize will be awarded to the runner up.

8. By entering this photo content, You understand and agree that Cottonwood Cove Resort, has the right to publish your photo and name for promotional purposes.

9. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Contest is Cottonwood Cove Resort.

11. By participating in the contest, You, the Contestant, have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules & Regulations.
